All returns must be communicated to – and authorized by – Fun Factory Candy & Novelty Co. prior to deductions being taken. Any deductions taken prior to Fun Factory Candy & Novelty Co. approval will not be approved. DO NOT take deductions without receiving a credit invoice from Fun Factory Candy & Novelty Co.

Damages via Transit

Any shipments that have been damaged upon arrival must be communicated to the delivery driver and notated on the bill of lading prior to signing for the shipment. Additionally, the customer will provide to Fun Factory Candy and Novelty Co. documented evidence of the damages in the form of pictures within 3 business days of product delivery. Failure to abide by these terms and conditions will constitute your full and unconditional acceptance of the received product as in good working order and will nullify your ability to claim them as damaged in transit.

Shipment Shortages

Fun Factory Candy & Novelty Co strives for 100% order accuracy. In the rare event that a customer does not receive what was ordered or the packing slip does not match what was received, customer must notify Fun Factory Candy and Novelty Co. within 3 business days. Once notified, Fun Factory Candy and Novelty Co. will research the issue and if the claim is found to be accurate will determine if additional product should be shipped or a credit equal to the invoice value the customer was shorted should be applied to your account. Failure to abide by these terms and conditions will constitute your full and unconditional acceptance of the received product as accurate and complete and Fun Factory Candy Co. will have no obligation to ship additional product or issue a credit.

Returned Product

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping labels and/or freight charges. Product over one year old (from invoice date) will not be authorized for return and will be not be eligible for credit or exchange. Customer vendor agreement supersedes any competing policies listed. Once the customer has obtained an approved RMA# from Fun Factory Candy and Novelty Co. the customer will need to provide the following information to Fun Factory Candy and Novelty Co. for the product to be returned:

1. If the return will be set up via small parcel carrier

  • Please make sure that your RMA number is prominently displayed on the outside of the box/pallet that you are returning.
  • # of boxes being returned.
  • dimensions of each box.
  • weight of each box.
  • itemized product description list, including counts for each product being returned.
  • All items must be sorted and segregated via item number to help expedite the credit invoice process.*

2. If the return will be set up via small parcel carrier

  • Please make sure that your RMA number is prominently displayed on the outside of the box/pallet that you are returning.
  • # of boxes being returned.
  • pallet dimensions (HxWxL).
  • total weight.
  • itemized product description list, including counts for each product being returned.
  • All items must be sorted and segregated via item number to help expedite the credit invoice process.*

*A sorting and segregation fee of $250 will be charged if the product is returned unsorted and unsegregated via box, bag or dividers. Boxes with mixed product will slow the RMA process and may delay issuing a credit invoice. All returns are processed in the order in they are received.

Once Fun Factory Candy & Novelty Co. receives the returned product, it will be inspected and compared to the itemized product description list provided by the customer and customer will be notified within 5-10 business days on the status of the credit. Once the return is finalized and approved by Fun Factory Candy Co. a credit invoice will be sent to the customer and they may then deduct that amount from outstanding invoices.

If the total invoiced value of the products you wish to return is $250 or less, the product can be considered dead in the field provided we receive:

1. itemized product description list, including counts for each product being returned.
2. picture(s) clearly identifying the items in the picture as Fun Factory Candy and Novelty Co. products.

If applicable, the value of prior allowances and or rebates paid to the customer on products being returned, will be deducted/backed out of the return thus reducing the amount of the credit available to the customer.

If customer has an executed disposition agreement in place with Fun Factory Candy Co a disposition summary must be provided for a credit to be issued.
